A man in Florida has been arrested and charged with felony child abuse for allegedly attempting to circumcise a toddler he was babysitting. Timothoes Powell, 29, was taken into custody on Monday and is facing a first-degree aggravated child abuse charge. The incident came to light when a state Department of Children and Families investigator noticed the child's injuries. Powell initially claimed that he found a piece of glass in the child's diaper, but later admitted to causing the injury.
