Two months after a human torso was found in a drain, the Janakganj police in Gwalior district cracked the case with the arrest of prime suspect Nazir Khan. The deceased, identified as Raju Khan, aged 35, was identified through DNA analysis which matched samples with his mother. Raju Khan's family reported his disappearance and alleged disputes with Kallu Khan over illicit activities. The police examined CCTV footage to substantiate the accused's actions. Nazir Khan confessed to murdering Raju Khan and disposing his body parts in various locations. The investigation is ongoing to recover the murder weapon, Activa vehicle, and crucial evidence like the knife used in the act.
