Russian shelling in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson resulted in three fatalities, including a 2-month-old infant, and injured at least 12 people. The attack damaged a hospital, an administrative building, an ambulance, and several houses. Russian troops, stationed on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River, regularly bombard the western bank, even though they abandoned Kherson last year. In a separate incident, a car was shot at in a suburb of Kherson, resulting in the death of one person and injuring an infant and their mother. Independent confirmation of the reports is not available.
