UPDATE: The search for Brenna Swindell has come to an end. 

Just two days after former MLB pitcher Greg Swindell and his wife Sarah shared that their 29-year-old daughter was missing and believed to be with an allegedly "violent" ex-boyfriend, the parents confirmed Brenna was located.

"She has been found," Greg wrote on X Aug. 27. "That’s all we have for now. Thank you to everyone. And I mean everyone who helped in the process."

He confirmed that for his daughter, "Journey home starts soon."

Greg Swindell is asking the public for help.

The former MLB pitcher and his wife Sarah Swindell recently shared that their daughter Brenna Swindell, 29, hasn’t been seen or in contact with friends and family since the evening of Aug. 22 in Texas.

“Her phone is off,” Greg wrote on Facebook Aug. 25 alongside a picture of Brenna and her former partner. “Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know. She drives a white Kia Carnival which has not been located yet.”

“Brennie, if you see this,” he concluded, “we all love you so much and need you home!”
