Chelsea Lazkani doesn’t need an estate to get real this season.

As seen in the trailer for Selling Sunset’s eighth installment, the 31-year-old will grapple with the realities of her split from husband Jeff Lazkani—which occurred in March—as it unfolds in real time.

“I heard information,” cast member Nicole Young teases in the August 13 trailer, “that could really affect families, marriages.”

But while it’s not confirmed who exactly Nicole’s talking about, an unnamed newcomer’s addition is much more straightforward: “I did hear something about Chelsea’s husband.”

The admission is followed by Bre Tiesi covering her mouth in shock, while cast members Mary Bonnet and Chrishell Stause pass around a phone, jaws dropping at whatever they see on the screen.

“They say don’t shoot the messenger,” Bre adds in a voiceover, as she can be seen walking to meet Chelsea at a restaurant, “but she’s definitely going to shoot me.”

And whatever information is shared clearly takes its toll.
