Online registration will continue till November 30, 2023. NTA will announce the allotment of city examinations by the second week of January and the computer-based tests will be conducted from January 24 to February 1, 2024. NTA also notified the revised syllabus for the test based on which the admissions for the centrally funded technical institutions like the NITs and IIITs takes place as well as the top 20% of the merit list becomes eligible to sit for the JEE (Advanced), the entrance test for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
