Vispy Kharadi sets world record in Hercules Pillars hold

Kharadi achieved an astonishing time of 2 minutes and 10.75 seconds, essentially demonstrating strength and endurance. The Hercules pillars hold, a test of upper body and core strength, requires participants to maintain a suspended position between two parallel bars, resembling the mythical pillars of Hercules.
The strongman holding massive pillars -- each weighing approximately 160 kilograms (around 352 pounds) -- prevents them from falling as they pull in opposite directions. There is no time limit, the event gets over when the Strongman is no longer able to support both pillars.
